🛑Reschedule/ Cancelation Policy

ATTENTION : ‼️⭕️⭕️⭕️To cancel or reschedule an appointment Please use the "VIEW APPOINTMENT" button in your appointment confirmation email at the time of booking or call/send a message to 407.758.6018 within 24hours of your appointment as we are happy to accommodate cancelations/reschedules. If this button is not available, it is now outside of the 24 hour cancelation/reschedule time allowance. These are the only 2 ways to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Please do not send an email to cancel/ reschedule, or respond to automatic appointment reminders as it is not a monitored line of the direct business.

✅️Deposits are forfeited for any cancelled appointments outside the 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Absolutely no same day cancelations! 

✅️Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early or make the proper arrangements to be on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, no call no show, or cancel same day, you will need to reschedule with a new booking fee/deposit. 

✅️Please download WAZE navigation for a more accurate navigation and to avoid any conflict including parking issues and tardiness. After 2 appointment tardiness pass the grace period, clients are placed on a walk in ONLY status to ensure the most accurate scheduling availability to all clients. Thank you for understanding.

✅️DEPOSITS are non refundable/transferable and only eligible for a one time reschedule within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment. 

✅️Please use the "VIEW APPOINTMENT " button in your confirmation email or call 407.758.6018 to cancel/reschedule within 24hours of your appointment. These are the only options to reschedule/cancel an appointment.

✅️🚫No call No shows: Will no longer have access to schedule a future appointment. 

✅️Members do not pay deposits, so will be charged $25 for same day cancelations.

✅️ Same day cancelations are prohibited 🚫. If you cancel same day, you will need a need new deposit as each deposit holds an appointment for that particular day. Please be considerate of your service provider, and make every attempt to avoid same day cancelations. Thank you in advance.
